Middle Tennessee Neuropsychological & Behavioral Medicine Services is an innovative psychological practice providing wellness-focused assessment and treatment planning services for adults in the Nashville metropolitan area and beyond.
We specialize in helping patients who would like to understand the cognitive changes their brains are going through and learn how to promote healthy aging and long-term brain integrity.
Who We Serve & What We Offer
Our middle-aged and older adult patients often come to us because they have started to notice problems with memory or attention as they have grown older, such as being unable to remember people’s names, misplacing items, forgetting important appointments or work tasks, and becoming lost while driving. As a result, they want to know if they have dementia or other brain disorders, and if so, what they can do about it.
To address these concerns, we provide Memory and Dementia Assessment services for older adult patients with cognitive problems related to known or suspected dementias (e.g., Alzheimer’s disease, vascular dementia, Lewy body dementia) or other brain disorders (e.g., stroke, Parkinson’s disease), as well as Brain Wellness Checkup Services for middle aged patients who would like assistance determining if their symptoms are cause for concern, or consistent with normal aging.
We also offer Autism and ADHD Assessments for neurodivergent patients, as well as Clinical Neuropsychological Assessments for patients with a wide variety of neurological and/or psychiatric presenting concerns.

At Middle Tennessee Neuropsychological & Behavioral Medicine Services, we offer neurodiversity-affirming neuropsychological assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD, as well as intellectual disability or giftedness with or without twice-exceptionality.

Brain Wellness Checkups &
Other Assessment Services
We provide Brain Wellness Checkups for middle-aged adult patients who have started to notice changes in their cognitive functioning, as well as evaluations for patients with diagnosed neurological disorders and testing of emotional and personality functioning.

Telehealth & Other Customized Services
We recognize that many of our patients are very busy or have functional limitations that make getting to and from a doctor’s office challenging. We are therefore pleased to be able to offer patients the choice of receiving select services via our secure video telehealth platform, thus enabling them to receive care from the convenience of their workplace or comfort of their home. We are also able to make house calls within the greater Nashville metropolitan area, upon request.
