Brain Wellness Checkup Services
We provide Brain Wellness Checkups for middle-aged adult patients (typically ages 45-65) who have started to notice changes in memory, attention, or organizational skills and who would like assistance determining if their symptoms are cause for concern, or consistent with normal aging.
Every Brain Wellness Checkup patient receives tailored recommendations for techniques to aid in improving cognitive functioning, as well as evidence-based lifestyle modifications they can implement in order to reduce their risk of developing dementia in the future.
